Visions of the Pain Remain

The Look in Your Eyes

The look in your eyes,

Caught me by surprise,

Cause I didn't realize,

The damage that would arise,

The faith that can demise,

A pain to big to size,

Now I try to rationalize,

till I think I can hyponotize,

my feelings that I did disguise,

because I thought myself as wise,

Now I sit here and try to surmise,

And ask forgiveness to the skies,

For the look in your eyes.
